Yeshi Dhonden

Yeshi Dhonden reinstalled Tibetan Institute of Medicine and Astrology Upon request from Dalai Lama in Exile.In Dharamshala, India he refounded the institute in 1961.He Travelled to the west to promote the importance of Tibetan Medicine Sowarigpa®. He was the General Physician for H.H. Dalai Lama.

Lobsang Dolma Khangkar

As Chief Medical Officer of MTK ,in India as a Main Doctor practice as “Doctor for Dalai Lama”.She met ‘Jeffrey Hopkins’ at the ‘University of Virginia’ and at the University of Wisconsin she gave workshops on Tibetan Herbals. From invitation of WHO she attended Inl Congress of Traditional Herbals at the Australian National University.

Yuthog Yontan Gonpo

Yuthog Yontan Gonpo was the 8th Century Physician. He was the also the Lama of Tibet. Lama refers as Teacher in Tibetan language. He is the personal physician to the Tibetan king Me-Agtsom. He was called as the Father of Tibetan Medicine. “May the teachings of Sowarigpa® spread like the infinite light of the Sun.”-Yuthog Gonpo

Eliot Tokar

One of the very few Western practitioners on Tibetan Herbal Products based in America, Tokar studied under private instructions from Dr.Yeshi Dondhen from India. A Scholar and Researcher with many publications on Tibetan Herbal Products he contributed much to Traditional Tibetan Health Culture.
